What is the Virtual CHW Summit?

Presented by Umemba Health LLC, the goal of the 2021 Virtual CHW Summit is to provide continuing education, professional development, and networking opportunities for Community Health Workers and Community Health Worker Instructors. The Virtual CHW Summit will help the CHW to sharpen skills, increase knowledge, improve competency, and deepen expertise. Held during National Community Health Worker week, April 6-9, the theme for Summit is "Elevating the Multidimensional Skillset of Community Health Workers"

Umemba Health LLC is a Texas Department of State Health Services approved provider of CHW and CHW Instructor Continuing Education.

What is on Demand access?

All of the sessions are recorded which means you can watch the sessions in your own time at your own pace.

Will Continuing Education (CEs) be offered for the Summit session?

Yes, you can earn up to 9.5 hours of CEs for watching all of the recorded sessions and complete the speaker/session evaluations as well as the Summit evaluation.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not honor refund requests at this time.

How long do I have to complete my course and CEs?

You will have access to the content for 30 days from the day you purchase the course. You will also need to complete the evaluations to obtain your CEs during that time.
