Course Description
The Virtual CHW Symposium Course is a continuing education course designed to support CHWs in delivering equitable, coordinated care to the populations they serve. This educational activity provides CHWs with the knowledge, tools, and strategies to deliver care that addresses health disparities, promotes equity, and empowers CHWs to better serve their communities and improve health outcomes.
