Virtual Learning is Here to Stay!

What is the “Virtual Instructor-Led Training” Workshop?
Virtual Instructor Led-Training (or VILT) is training that’s delivered in a virtual environment rather than in a traditional classroom setting. The training is delivered in real-time by an instructor, just as you would expect in a classroom, but is usually delivered via a video conferencing platform, like Zoom. The "VILT" Workshop will provide an introduction and overview to the the principles and techniques of Virtual Instructor-Led Training to prepare you for virtual instruction.

Who should attend?
Community Health Workers, CHW Supervisors, CHW Program Managers, and CHW Instructors. (Instructors from other backgrounds are also encouraged to attend).

Attendees must be familiar and comfortable with the Zoom platform.
