The goal of the Listening and Q&A session is to understand the opportunities (and challenges) surrounding CHW training, recruitment, program implementation, and job placement. You have been invited to this event as a member of the CHW community and as an organizational leader. Our hope is that you will be able to connect with like-minded professionals that share similar objectives and vision.  This workshop will provide an opportunity for you to listen to your peers, while also voicing your concerns and sharing your thoughts, ideas, opinions and priority areas for advancing the CHW workforce.

Quisha Umemba

Quisha is the CEO and Founder of Umemba Health LLC, a public health education and consulting agency renowned for it's CHW Certification and Training. Quisha is a Registered Nurse with a Public Health background and is a Certified Community Health Worker Instructor. 

So, what is the goal of this workshop?
